Classic Stripes Ltd. (CSL) has three manufacturing plants in Vasai, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. CSL is also in the process of building a fourth plant in Haridwar, Uttaranchal in northern India, to be operational in mid 2010.

Plant I: Located in Gokhivare, Vasai, Plant I has a shop floor area of 6,500 square meters and is equipped to produce large graphics for signage, buses and large SUV’s.

Plant II: Located in Pelhar, Vasai, Plant II has a shop floor area of 12,000 square meters. The plant has state-of-the-art technology for small format 2/4-wheeler graphics in addition to an in-house design studio. The plant also contains a quality control (QC) lab that is fully equipped to conduct the physical, mechanical, chemical and weathering tests required to ensure that all graphics meet the customer’s quality and consistency requirements.

Plant III: Located in Vasai, Plant III is equipped with the latest machinery for precise plotting, routing, digital printing and fabrication.

Doming Unit
