Classic Stripes (CS) is a flagship company of Astarc Group, offering Surface Augmentation Solutions to Automotive, Consumer Durables & Appliances industries across the globe.

CS has 3 states of the art manufacturing facilities within India, having certifications such as IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001: 2015, BS OHSAS 18001: 2007, VDA (Verband der Automobilindudtrie).

We offer solutions in the form of Decals, 3D soft emblems, as well as Printed Electronics products such as Sensors, Heaters, Ultra-thin Electroluminescent (EL), and LED lighting.

Though CS predominantly operates in the OEM sector, it also has a strong foothold in the retail and e-commerce segment through its B2C brand – Autographix.

CS also provides branding solutions through its Indoor, Outdoor, and Visual Merchandising arm – IOVM -Indoor & Outdoor Visual Merchandising.

IV. PU Doming

Conveyorised and automated PU doming application plants | Globally sourced raw material | 2 doming machines with robotic arms and multiple nozzle dispensing system | Capacity: 200,000 doming labels in a single 8 hour shift

V. Hydro-Graphics

In Hydrographic Technology, a special film is used to transfer printed patterns onto surfaces like plastic and metal. The technology is largely used to develop aesthetic products for automotive, home interior, and sports equipment, with the freedom to produce unlimited designs, including original ones.

VI. 3 Dimensional Overlay Method (TOM)

3 Dimensional Overlay Method is a surface decorating technology used to apply decorative films on to the actual moulded part, which can give 3D effect and also the texture can be felt physically.
Products of almost any material are accepted (Except FRP).

Corporate Social Responsibility

KMCT has, since its inception engaged in numerous noble philanthropic activities, reaching out to the rural population, particularly the Adivasi communities, supporting and nurturing them in the areas of Education, Health Care, Environment, Livelihood and others.

PROGRAMS

EDUCATION

KMCT has reached out to 1,00,000+ children through its Education Initiatives particularly in Palghar District. KMCT has provided a range of materials required in school (books, cupboard, benches, mattresses, sports material, Multimedia equipment and so on) and individual scholarships to students. KMCT has now designed a structured program on Education in the identified geographical areas, consistent to the needs of the community.

HEALTHCARE

KMCT has undertaken numerous activities under their health care including Blood Donation Drives, medicine distribution in the community, ambulance donation, financial assistance to individuals for treatment and so on. KMCT plans to create a model for Preventive Healthcare, to be piloted in identified 20 villages in Palghar District, Maharashtra.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

EDP was initiated with the vision to help local tribal, rural and urban youth to develop vocational skills, gain on-site work exposure and be EMPLOYABLE first and among them for identified youth help them start their own business and be an ENTREPRENEUR so as they create few thousand jobs for the other local youth. Our Vocational Training Partners include L&T Construction Ltd., Jaquar Ltd., Godrej Ltd., Voltas Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., TATA Power Ltd.

LIVELIHOOD

KMCT has engaged with the village community women by conducted trainings for SHG women on various subjects of skill development and has also provided individual assistance for set up of livelihood means. KMCT plans on developing a structured livelihood project in 20 identified villages of Palghar District, Maharashtra.

ENVIRONMENT

KMCT strongly believes that the Environment is a significant factor for development. No efforts for progress are complete if the Environment is abused and ignored. We have engaged in several efforts for Tree Plantation and have successfully planted and maintained 6000 trees till date.
